摘要
小柴胡汤最早记载于张仲景所著的《伤寒论》.国医大师伍炳彩在临证中善将辨口苦、辨经络、辨寒热往来、辨饮食和情绪、辨脉象以及"子午流注"理论这六大思路相结合作为运用小柴胡汤的辨证依据.结合验案,阐述伍炳彩运用小柴胡汤的临床经验.
Abstract
Xiaochaihu Decoction was first recorded in ZHANG Zhongjing's The Treatise on Febrile Diseases.WU Bingcai,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,was good at combining the six dialectic ideas of mouth bitterness differentiation,meridian differentiation,cold and heat differentiation,diet and mood differentiation,pulse differentiation,and the theory of"meridian-noon flow".The combination of these six dialectical ideas serves as the basis for the use of Xiaochaihu Decoction in syndrome differentiation.In this paper,WU Bingcai's clinical experience of Xiaochaihu Decoction will be expound.
