基于数据挖掘的中医药治疗肾虚血瘀型股骨头坏死用药规律分析

摘要
目的:探究中医药治疗肾虚血瘀型股骨头坏死(ONFH)的用药规律.方法:检索中国知网、万方、维普数据库从建库到2023年9月30日有关中医药治疗肾虚血瘀型ONFH的临床研究文献,将符合纳入标准的文献组方用药信息录入数据库,通过Excel 2019、SPSS Statistics 26.0、SPSS Modeler 18.0软件对数据进行挖掘.结果:筛选出中医药治疗肾虚血瘀型ONFH处方33首,药物104味,药物总频数452次,其中频数较高的药物有牛膝、当归、骨碎补、川芎、熟地黄等.结论:中医治疗肾虚血瘀型ONFH用药多以补虚药和活血化瘀药为主,其中补虚药以补阳药、补血药、补气药为主,为今后治疗ONFH提供参考.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the medication rules of Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head(ONFH)with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:The clinical literature on traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ONFH with kidney deficiency and blood stasis was searched in CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases from the establishment of the database to September 30,2023,and the prescription information of the literature that met the inclusion criteria was input into the database.Excel 2019,SPSS Statistics 26.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 software were used to mine the data.Results:A total of 33 prescriptions of TCM for the treatment of ONFH of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were screened,with 104 drugs,and the total frequency of drugs was 452.Among them,the drugs with high frequency were Achyranthes bidentata,Angelica sinensis,Gushibuu,Chuanxiong,and cooked Rehmannia radix.Conclusion:The main drugs for ONFH of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type are tone-deficiency drugs and blood-activating and blood-stasis drugs,among which tone-deficiency drugs are mainly tone-yang drugs,blood-promoting drugs and qi invigorating drugs,which provide reference for the treatment of ONFH in the future.
