中风一号方联合丁苯酞对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及血管内皮功能的影响

摘要
目的:探究中风一号方联合丁苯酞对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者神经功能指标及血管内皮功能指标的影响.方法:择取 2021 年 10 月—2023 年 6 月在江西省中西医结合医院治疗的ACI患者 97 例,按随机数字法分成对照组(n=48)和观察组(n=49).对照组单予丁苯酞软胶囊治疗,观察组在此基础上予中风一号方治疗,均治疗 2 周.比较 2 组临床疗效、神经功能、血管内皮功能、炎症反应等.结果:2 组临床总有效率比较,观察组(93.88%)高于对照组(79.17%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,2组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2 组一氧化氮(NO)均升高,内皮素-1(ET-1)均降低,且观察组NO高于对照组、ET-1 低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2 组C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-6 均降低,且观察组上述指标均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:中风一号方联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗ACI疗效确切,可改善血管内皮功能,降低炎性反应,改善神经功能.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Stroke No.1 Formula combined with butylphthalide on neurological function indexes and vascular endothelial function indexes in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:97 patients with ACI treated in Jiangxi Integrated Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from October 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=48)and observation group(n=49)according to randomized numerical method.The control group was treated with butylphthalide alone,and the observation group was treated with Stroke No.1 Formula on this basis,and both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,neurological function,vascular endothelial function and inflammatory response of the two groups were compared.Results:Comparing the total clinical efficacy rate of the 2 groups,the observation group(93.88%)was higher than that of the control group(79.17%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale scores of the 2 groups were reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);nitric oxide(NO)was elevated in the 2 groups,and endothelin-1(ET-1)was reduced in the 2 groups,and NO was higher than the control group in the observation group,and ET-1 was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);and C-reactive protein in the 2 groups,C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 were all reduced in the two groups,and the above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of Stroke No.1 Formula combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of ACI is precise,which can improve the vascular endothelial function,reduce inflammatory reaction,and improve the neurological function.
