独活寄生汤结合温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

摘要
目的:观察独活寄生汤结合温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床疗效.方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月南昌市洪都中医院微创骨科收治的 48 例LDH为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各 24 例.对照组仅用独活寄生汤治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上施以温针灸,比较 2 组临床治疗效果、疼痛[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]及功能障碍[日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)]改善情况.结果:观察组总有效率为91.67%,优于对照组的79.17%(P<0.05).治疗后,2组VAS评分、JOA评分均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05).结论:独活寄生汤结合温针灸治疗LDH患者,可明显缓解其腰腿麻木、疼痛症状,可在临床治疗过程中应用推广.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with warming acupuncture and moxibustion on lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:This study selected 48 patients with LDH admitted to minimally invasive orthopedics department of Hongdu hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of Nanchang city from January 2021 to December 2022 as the study objects,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 24 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction,and the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment effect,pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)]and dysfunction[Japanese Orthopaedic Association Evaluation Treatment Score(JOA)]of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 91.67%,which was better than that of control group 79.17%(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score and JOA score in 2 groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement in observation group was more obvious than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion can significantly relieve the numbness and pain of the waist and legs of patients with LDH,which can be applied and promoted in clinical treatment.
