摘要
目的:建立复方柳菊胶囊中绿原酸和蒙花苷的含量测定方法.方法:采用HPLC法测定复方柳菊胶囊中绿原酸和蒙花苷的含量,色谱柱为wondasic-C18 柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 µm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;流速1 mL/min;检测波长 327 nm.结果:在考察的浓度范围内,绿原酸和蒙花苷呈现良好的线性关系;回收率和RSD值分别为98.66%、97.46%,0.86%、1.20%.结论:本方法准确度高、简便,可用于复方柳菊胶囊中绿原酸和蒙花苷的含量测定.
Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of chlorogenic acid and buddleoside in Compound Liuju Capsule.Methods:The chlorogenic acid and buddleoside in Compound Liuju Capsules were determined by HPLC.The separation was performed on a wondasic-C18 Column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid.The flow rate was 1 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 327 nm.Results:The chlorogenic acid and buddleoside showed a good linearity within the investigated concentration range.The recovery rate and RSD values were 98.66%,97.46%,0.86%,1.20%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and can be used for the determination of chlorogenic acid and buddleoside in Compound Liuju Capsule.
