主观规范对中医药院校学生参与社团行为的影响研究

摘要
研究以计划行为理论为架构,验证江西中医药大学学生参与社团的行为意图.利用便利抽样方式选取 600 名在校学生进行问卷调查,获得有效问卷 501 份,有效回收率 83.5%.经使用描述性统计与路径分析的方法,结果表明在计划行为理论的变项中主观规范对行为意图具有正向显著影响.
Abstract
This study uses the theory of planned behavior as its research framework to verify the intentions of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine students to participate in clubs.A convenient sampling method was used to select 600 students from the school for questionnaire survey,and 501 valid questionnaires were obtained,with a valid recovery rate of 83.5%.Using descriptive statistics and path analysis,the results showed that subjective norm had a significant positive impact on behavioral intention among the variables of the theory of planned behavior.
