Research Progress on Microbial Flora and Functional Components of Massa Medicata Fermentata
Fermentation is a processing method to change the original medicinal properties and efficacy with the help of the catalytic decomposition of microorganisms and enzymes.Massa Medicata Fermentata,as one of the representative traditional medicines in China,involves a variety of microorganisms in the processing process,and the microorganisms are closely related to the biotransformation of medicinal components of Massa Medicata Fermentata.In this paper,the diversity of bacteria and fungi and the dynamic changes of their colonies during the fermentation of Massa Medicata Fermentata were reviewed,and the research on the formation of effective components and pharmacological effects before and after fermentation was also reviewed,which provided reference for further study of functional microorganisms in Massa Medicata Fermentata,optimization of processing technology and quality control.
