摘要
刘英锋秉承姚荷生先生"伤寒温病辨证纲领统一"的学术思想,善于以六经辨证为纲,其他辨证方法为目,寒温沟通,三维一体(病因病位病机)辨治临床各科疾病.针对咽病的特点,刘师认为咽喉乃多经交汇之地,发病多营分偏表,病位表证为主、营分居多,病因风火袭扰、热化燥化突出,病机出入失常,宣降不利;临床检查强调重点关注咽部色觉形态之异;并善于经方时方合用辨治六经咽病.
Abstract
LIU Yingfeng follows YAO Hesheng's academic thought of"the unification of the diagnostic principles of Shanghan(Cold Damage)and Wenbing(Warm Disease),"and is adept at using the Six-Meridian differentiation as the main guideline,complemented by other diagnostic methods.He integrates the concepts of Cold and Warm diseases and employs a three-dimensional integrated approach(etiopathogenesis,location of disease,and pathomechanism)to diagnose and treat various clinical diseases.Regarding the characteristics of pharyngeal diseases,Master LIU believes that the pharynx is a region where multiple meridians intersect.The pathogenesis is often related to nutritive level with a tendency towards the superficial aspect,with the main disease location in the superficial symptoms and the Nutritive stage being more common.The etiology is prominently characterized by wind-fire invasion and the transformation into heat and dryness.The pathomechanism is characterized by abnormal ascending and descending functions and impaired dispersion and descent.In clinical examination,he emphasizes the importance of closely observing the color,shape,and other abnormalities of the pharynx.He is also skilled in combining classical formulas(Jingfang)and contemporary formulas(Shifang)to diagnose and treat pharyngeal diseases based on the Six-Meridian differentiation.
