基于计算颗粒流体动力学数值模拟方法,研究了喷动速度、背景流速和颗粒粒径等参数对流化床气固两相流场特性的影响.研究表明,喷动速度对流化床流场特性影响最大;在一定范围内,喷动速度越快,背景流速越慢,越有利于流化床的内循环;颗粒粒径对流化床气固流场的影响则无明显规律.
Based on CPFD numerical simulation,the impact of the parameters such as spouting velocity,background flow rate and particle size on the gas-solid two-phase flow field in a fluidized bed was studied.The research shows that the spouting velocity has the greatest influence on the flow field characteristics of the fluidized bed.Within a certain range,the faster spouting velocity and the slower background flow rate will be favorable to the internal circulation of the fluidized bed.The effect of particle size on the gas-solid flow field in fluidized bed does not show regular pattern.
