摘要

以7050铝合金为研究对象,基于响应曲面法进行切削力预测与工艺参数优化.应用ABAQUS有限元软件对7050铝合金进行二维有限元切削仿真,分析切削力随时间变化曲线及切屑形状.基于响应曲面法,综合考虑刀具前角、切削速度、切削深度三因素对切削力的交互影响作用,建立切削力预测模型,优选出最佳工艺参数,对应刀具前角为14.8°,切削速度为5 479 mm/s,切削深度为0.2 mm.将优选出的最佳工艺参数代入切削力预测模型,验证切削力预测模型的准确性.

Abstract

Taking 7050 aluminum alloy as the research object,cutting force prediction and process parameter optimization were carried out based on response surface method.Two-dimensional finite element cutting simulation of 7050 aluminum alloy was conducted by ABAQUS finite element software,and the curve of cutting force with time and chip shape were analyzed.Based on the response surface method,a cutting force prediction model was established by comprehensively considering the interactive effect of three factors,namely tool rake angle,cutting speed and cutting depth,on the cutting force.The optimal process parameters were selected,corresponding to a tool rake angle of 14.8°,cutting speed of 5 479 mm/s,and cutting depth of 0.2 mm.The optimal process parameters were substituted into the cutting force prediction model to verify the accuracy of cutting force prediction model.
