机械钻机电动钻井泵组配套技术研究

摘要
机械钻机受限于自身特性,无法实现泵冲自由精准调节.对此,研究了机械钻机电动钻井泵组配套技术.对电气控制系统进行设计,分析皮带传动方案和液力偶合器传动方案对电动钻井泵组进行改造,并进行动力系统选型.最后介绍了机械钻机电动钻井泵组的现场应用情况.
Abstract
Mechanical drilling rig is limited by its own characteristic and cannot realize the free and precise adjustment of pump flushing.In this regard,the supporting technology of electric drilling pump unit of mechanical drilling rig was studied.The electrical control system was designed,the belt drive scheme and the hydraulic coupler drive scheme for the transformation of electric drilling pump unit were analyzed,and the power system was selected.Finally,the field application of electric drilling pump unit of mechanical drilling rig was introduced.
