LS-2600五缸钻井泵动力端润滑系统的设计

摘要
针对LS-2600五缸钻井泵飞溅润滑效率低的问题,设计了一种动力端强制润滑系统.介绍了润滑系统的原理,进行了试验.通过方案设计,选择匹配的液压元件,对润滑油压力、温度,以及各运动副配置在线监测系统,实现实时监测与预警.所设计的动力端润滑系统已应用于LS-2600五缸钻井泵,应用表明润滑系统设计合理,润滑油温度及压力稳定,润滑点润滑充分,使用效果良好.
Abstract
In order to solve the problem of low splash lubrication efficiency of LS-2600 five-cylinder drilling pump,a forced lubrication system at the power end was designed.The principle of the lubrication system was introduced and the test was carried out.Through the scheme design,the matching hydraulic component was selected,and the online monitoring system was configured for the pressure,temperature of lubricating oil,and each moving pair,to achieve real-time monitoring and early warning.The designed lubrication system at the power end has been applied to LS-2600 five-cylinder drilling pump,and the application shows that the lubrication system is reasonably designed,the temperature and pressure of lubricating oil are stable,the lubrication point is fully lubricated,and the use effect is good.
