油基钻井液板式换热器波纹板结构优化

针对板式换热器对油基钻井液冷却效果差的问题,通过数值模拟方法,分析板式换热器波纹板在不同波纹倾角、不同波纹节距、不同波纹高度下对油基钻井液冷却性能的影响.采用响应面试验设计方法,建立以冷却效果与处理量为综合评价指数的响应面模型,分析参数间的交互作用和三个因素的敏感性.结构优化后,油基钻井液进出口温差相比结构优化前增大9.9 K.进行预测值和计算值验证,综合评价指数误差为4.95%.所做研究为板式换热器的现场应用提供了参考.
In order to solve the problem of poor cooling effect of plate heat exchanger on oil-based drilling fluid,the influence of plate heat exchanger corrugated plate on the cooling performance of oil-based drilling fluid under different corrugation inclination,different corrugation pitch and different corrugation height was analyzed by numerical simulation method.The response surface experimental method was used,the response surface model was established with the cooling effect and treatment capacity as the comprehensive evaluation index,and the interaction between the parameters and the sensitivity of the three factors were analyzed.After the structural optimization,the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of oil-based drilling fluid increased by 9.9 K compared with that before the structural optimization.The prediction and calculated values were verified,and the error of the comprehensive evaluation index is 4.95%.The research provides a reference for the field application of plate heat exchanger.
