研制了新型调试维护作业便携工具车,通过材料力学理论计算论证工具车选材,通过电学理论计算运维时所需电池容量.这一工具车采用创新可折叠设计,结构紧凑,便于存储与运输.工具车内置高效能电池系统,摆脱传统电力供应的束缚,无论是在光线昏暗的角落,还是在临时搭建的实训场地,都能正常运行.通过应用新型调试维护作业便携工具车,可以大幅降低实训室管理员的体力负担,显著提高工作效率,优化运维工作条件.通过加装4G和5G智能高清摄像头、北斗定位器等外设,可以实现远程教学培训和安全监护.
A new type of portable tool cart for debugging and maintenance operation was developed,the material selection of the tool cart was demonstrated through the theoretical calculation of material mechanics,and the battery capacity required for operation and maintenance was calculated through the electrical theory.The innovative foldable design of the tool cart makes it compact for easy storage and transport.The tool cart has a built-in high-efficiency battery system,which is free from the constraint of traditional power supply,and can operate normally whether it is in a dimly lit corner or a temporary training site.Through the application of the new portable tool cart for debugging and maintenance operation,the physical burden of the training room administrator can be greatly reduced,the work efficiency can be significantly improved,and the operation and maintenance working condition can be optimized.By installing peripherals such as 4G and 5G intelligent high-definition cameras and Beidou locator,remote teaching training and safety monitoring can be realized.
