圆管梁车桥升级工字梁车桥数值模拟研究

微轻卡车型选用的前桥基本为圆管梁车桥,随着客户及终端市场用户对产品质量要求的日趋严格,圆管梁车桥已经无法满足客户及市场的需求.将额定载荷2 000 kg的圆管梁车桥升级为工字梁车桥,对此进行数值模拟研究,分析制动和动态载荷工况下的受力情况,并且与圆管梁车桥进行对比.对工字梁车桥进行轻量化设计,并进行台架试验,为微轻卡车型前桥的选用提供参考.
The front axle of micro and light truck model is basically a round tube beam axle.With the increasingly stringent product quality requirements of customer and end market user,the round tube beam axle has been unable to meet the needs of customer and market.The round tube beam axle with a rated load of 2 000 kg was upgraded to the I-beam axle,and the numerical simulation was carried out to analyze the force under braking and dynamic load conditions,and compared with the round tube beam axle.The lightweight design of the I-beam axle and the bench test were carried out to provide a reference for the selection of the front axle of micro and light truck model.
