Abstract
The classification,set point and dead band of the pressure switch were introduced,and the application of mechanical pressure switch in household air conditioning was analyzed from two aspects such as basic functional requirement and reliability testing.The basic functional requirements include process fluid,application environment,and signal control,and the reliability testing includes environmental testing,mechanical testing,electrical testing,and thermal testing.
