45号钢铣削仿真研究

针对竞赛时指定切削机床、加工材料和限制刀具使用数量的情况,提出在不降低刀具耐用度的条件下,最大化刀具切削参数,以缩短竞赛加工时间,提高零件加工质量.应用AdvantEdge切削仿真软件对45号钢进行铣削仿真研究,对比分析改变参数条件下切削力和切削温度的变化情况,找出满足机床要求的最优参数组合.仿真结果表明,主轴转速对主切削力的影响较小,背吃刀量和侧吃刀量对主切削力的影响最大,主切削力随每齿进给量的增大而快速增大,刀具切削温度随参数数值的增大而升高,侧吃刀量对刀具切削温度的影响较小.
In view of the situation of specifying the cutting machine tool,the processing material and limiting the number of tools used during the competition,it was proposed to maximize the cutting parameter of the tool without reducing the durability of the tool,so as to shorten the competition processing time and improve the machining quality of the part.The milling simulation study of No.45 steel was carried out by using AdvantEdge cutting simulation software,and the changes of cutting force and cutting temperature under the condition of changing parameter were compared and analyzed,and the optimal parameter combination to meet the requirement of the machine tool was found.The simulation result shows that the spindle speed has little influence on the main cutting force,the back feed and the side feed have the greatest influence on the main cutting force,the main cutting force increases rapidly with the increase of feed per tooth,the cutting temperature of the tool increases with the increase of the parameter value,and the side feed has little influence on the cutting temperature of the tool.
