重型特种车辆摆臂支架焊接变形控制工艺

摆臂支架是重型特种车辆底盘的重要结构件,采用钢板焊接方式制作而成,具有加工简单快捷、成本低等特点.摆臂支架在生产过程中存在焊接应力大、焊接变形大、整形困难等问题,对此,分析技术难点,对焊接变形进行仿真,并提出摆臂支架焊接变形控制工艺,同时进行工艺验证.
The swing arm bracket is an important structural part of the chassis of heavy-duty special vehicle,which is made of steel plate welding,and has the characteristics of simple and fast processing and low cost.In view of the problems of large welding stress,large welding deformation and difficult shaping in the production process of the swing arm support,the technical difficulty was analyzed,the welding deformation was simulated,and the welding deformation control process of the swing arm support was proposed,and the process verification was carried out at the same time.
