涡轮轴穿轧一体化工艺缺陷产生机制分析

摘要
通过建立航空发动机涡轮轴穿轧一体化有限元模型,分析缺陷产生机制.通过轧制过程中轧件金属流动规律及轧件受力情况,确认端部凹心、壁厚不均匀、外表面不圆三种缺陷的产生机制.研究结果可以为提高涡轮轴质量提供理论依据.
Abstract
The defect generation mechanism was analyzed by establishing a penetration and rolling integrated finite element model of aero engine turbine shaft.Through the metal flow law of the rolled piece and the force of the rolled piece during the rolling process,the generation mechanism of three defects,namely the concave end,the uneven wall thickness and the unround outer surface,was confirmed.The research result can provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality of turbine shaft.
