摘要

金属增材制造技术因技术优势目前发展飞速,应用广泛.通过分析相关文献,总结金属增材制造各种缺陷的形成原因和存在形式,介绍缺陷检测技术.基于国内外学者的研究进展,提出金属增材制造质量的前馈和反馈控制方法,并对金属增材制造缺陷检测和质量控制进行总结与展望.

Abstract

Metal additive manufacturing technology is developing rapidly and is widely used due to its technical advantage.Through the analysis of relevant literature,the causes and forms of various defects in metal additive manufacturing were summarized,and the defect detection technology was introduced.Based on the research progress of scholars at home and abroad,the feedforward and feedback control methods for the quality of metal additive manufacturing were proposed,and the defect detection and quality control of metal additive manufacturing were summarized and prospected.
