摘要
循环球式转向器是一种常用于汽车的转向系统,转向螺母是转向器的重要零件,直接影响整车质量.根据生产需要,设计一种转向螺母导管孔位置度检具.分析了转向螺母检测需求,介绍了检具的设计要求、结构.检具结构简单,操作方便、快捷,经现场使用,能够保证转向螺母质量,提高生产效率.
Abstract
Recirculating ball steering gear is a kind of steering system commonly used in automobile,and the steering nut is an important part of the steering gear,which directly affects the quality of the whole vehicle.According to the production need,a steering nut conduit hole position gauge was designed.The detection requirement of the steering nut was analyzed,and the design requirement and structure of the gauge were introduced.The structure of the gauge is simple,the operation is convenient and fast,and the on-site use can ensure the quality of the steering nut and improve the production efficiency.
