摘要

针对双馈风力发电机组发电机振动故障,分析振动产生的原因,提出在发电机和机架之间安装弹性减振器.进行振动模态仿真和谐响应分析,并进行弹性减振器设计参数寻优.同时进行试验验证,确认弹性减振器对抑制双馈风力发电机组发电机振动的效果.

Abstract

In view of the vibration fault of the generator of doubly-fed wind turbine unit,the cause of vibration was analyzed,and the elastic shock absorber was proposed to be installed between the generator and the frame.The vibration mode simulation and harmonious response analysis were carried out,and the design parameter of the elastic shock absorber was optimized.The test verification was carried out to confirm the effect of the elastic shock absorber on suppressing the vibration of the generator of doubly-fed wind turbine unit.
