液压管路疲劳寿命预测与故障诊断方法研究现状

液压管路广泛应用于各种重要工程场景,发挥保障系统安全稳定运行的关键作用.在服役状态下,液压管路在外部机械载荷和内部高压流体的双重影响下将产生复杂的流固耦合振动,疲劳失效机理十分复杂,同时也给液压管路的故障诊断和状态监控带来挑战.通过文献综述,梳理当前有关液压管路疲劳寿命预测与故障诊断方法的研究,对比不同研究方法的优缺点,为未来研究工作提供参考和借鉴.
Hydraulic pipeline is widely used in various important engineering scenarios and play a key role in ensuring the safe and stable operation of the system.In the service state,the hydraulic pipeline will produce complex fluid-structure interaction vibration under the dual influence of external mechanical load and internal high-pressure fluid,and the fatigue failure mechanism is very complex,which also brings challenge to the fault diagnosis and condition monitoring of the hydraulic pipeline.Through literature overview,the current research on fatigue life prediction and fault diagnosis method of hydraulic pipeline was reviewed,and the advantages and disadvantages of different research methods were compared,so as to provide reference for future research work.
