Welding quality management of large LNG storage tank
With the comprehensive development of clean energy in China,the construction of LNG storage tanks in China is also under way on a large scale.Up to now,there have been 26 large LNG receiving stations in Chi-na,the design and construction of LNG storage tanks are all made in China by the first foreign contractor,which indicates that our country has fully mastered the design and construction capacity of LNG storage tanks and re-ceiving stations.One of the difficulties in the process of tank construction is the welding management of the in-ner tank.The quality of welding is very important because the tank has been running at ultra-low temperature and can not be repaired.This paper summarizes the welding management of LNG storage tank from various as-pects and dimensions,for industry reference.
