Research on key scene of digital production line for welding of bogie frame of rolling stock vehicle
In order to improve the intelligence and digitalization level of manufacturing of rolling stock vehicle bogie frames,stabilize the quality,improve the efficiency,improve working environment,reduce personnel allo-cation,and reduce the costs,this article is based on the framework welding process flow,guided by the produc-tion factors of the welding production line,using process simulation and digital twinning as tools,and oriented towards intelligent and digital operation and maintenance,to reconstruct the overall construction plan of the pro-duction line.By analyzing and elaborating on the production line plan,and focusing on the key scenarios in the construction process of the production line,the application of intelligent equipment installation and digital process data monitoring and analysis can be achieved,accumulating practical experience in intelligent and digit-al production line construction for rail transit vehicle manufacturing enterprises.
