Research on optimization of welding plugging groove form for tube to tube sheet of steam generator
The steam generator is one of the key main equipment for the pressure boundary of the primary cir-cuit.During the manufacturing and operation of the equipment,various reasons can cause the failure of the heat exchange tubes.In order to avoid leakage,it is usually necessary to plug the heat exchange tubes.Through a-nalysis and experimental research on different forms of welding plug groove forms,a reasonable and reliable welding plug groove form has been determined and applied to product welding.
