Q345B钢激光-电弧复合焊接工艺性能研究

利用激光-电弧复合焊接方法,研究了 6 mm厚Q345B板激光-电弧复合焊接成形的影响规律,并分析了该方式下工况适应性及接头性能.结果表明:在激光功率为4 000 W、焊接速度0.8 m/min、送丝速度8 m/min及光丝间距5 mm时获得了良好的焊缝成形,且对间隙和错边的适应性较好;焊缝X射线探伤可以达到I级合格;接头力学性能表现良好.
Study on the performance of laser arc hybrid welding process for Q345B steel
The influence law of laser arc composite welding on the forming of 6 mm thick Q345B plate was stud-ied using the laser arc composite welding method,and the adaptability of the working conditions and joint per-formance under this method were analyzed.The results showed that good weld formation was achieved at laser power of 4 000 W,welding speed of 0.8 m/min,wire feeding speed of 8 m/min,and wire spacing of 5 mm,with good adaptability to gaps and misalignment;The X-ray inspection of the weld seam can achieve Level I qualification;The mechanical performance of the joint is good.
