研究通过采用光学显微镜探究了 EQNiCr-3带极堆焊材料中的微观组织特征,观察了 EQNiCr-3合金堆焊层组织形貌及其晶粒尺寸,并进行力学性能试验,分析了不同热输入下堆焊金属的组织性能.试验结果表明,所研究的堆焊层中,γ-Ni基固溶体为主要的组成相,且在其内部分布有大量的弥散强化相,这些微观组织的协同作用显著提高了材料的硬度和抗拉强度.利用显微硬度测试和拉伸试验,评价了热处理状态下EQNiCr-3带极堆焊材料的力学性能.研究发现,经过多次焊接热循环后,材料硬度和抗拉强度较原始状态下分别提升了约10%,而断后伸长率略有下降.
Microstructure and mechanical properties of EQNiCr-3 strip surfacing material
This study investigated the microstructure characteristics of EQNiCr-3 strip welding material using an optical microscope,revealing the intrinsic relationship between its microstructure and mechanical properties.The experimental results indicate that the γ-Ni based solid solution is the main constituent phase in the stud-ied weld overlay,and there are a large number of dispersed strengthening phases distributed inside it.The syn-ergistic effect of these microstructures significantly improves the hardness and tensile strength of the material.The mechanical properties of EQNiCr-3 strip electrode overlay material under heat treatment were systematical-ly evaluated using microhardness testing and tensile testing.Research has found that after multiple welding ther-mal cycles,the hardness and tensile strength of the material have increased by about 10%compared to their o-riginal state,while the toughness has slightly decreased.
