Research on construction technology of welding of large and medium diameter pipe of thermal power unit
The welding construction process of a 2 × 660 MW unit in a power plant is introduced,and the weld-ing procedure specification of DL/T 869-2021 power plant in our country and the construction and acceptance code of power construction engineering are strictly implemented,this paper expounds the preliminary prepara-tion,construction process flow,welding production process and welding quality control measures for the welding construction of large and medium diameter pipelines of kilowatt units,and sums up the reasonable welding con-struction experience to ensure the quality,welding construction for the majority of power construction enterprises to use for reference.
