Effect of laser cleaning power on the performance of flat copper wire solder joints
For the new energy vehicle drive motor stator flat copper wire production needs,flat copper wire laser cleaning and laser welding test,change the laser cleaning process parameters,and examined the cleaning sur-face of the organization morphology,surface roughness,microhardness,found that when the laser power of 500 W has the best cleaning effect,the surface roughness of Ra 1.55,surface hardness of 82.8 HV,close to the bare copper wire state.copper wire.Subsequently,the copper wires obtained by different cleaning processes were subjected to welding tests to investigate the effect of laser cleaning process on the performance of the wel-ded joints.The results show that the porosity of the welded joints and the surface roughness of the cleaned cop-per wire are basically linearly distributed,and the laser cleaning can effectively improve the organization and mechanical properties of the welded joints.Finally,the effect of welding process on the properties of the welded joints was studied,when the flat copper wire was welded using a 4 000 W power laser,the welded joints ob-tained had a good molding state of the highest shear strength,which was 128 MPa,thus deriving the optimal process for cleaning and welding of flat copper wire.
