研制了 CHW-SEF3HR1/CHF703HR1核级焊材,对该配套焊丝焊剂进行了组合焊接试验,通过渣系、碱度调整获得了性能满足核电工程低合金钢要求的焊接材料.新研制的CHF703HR1焊剂配合焊丝CHW-SEF3HR1焊接工艺性能良好,焊接过程电弧稳定,脱渣良好,熔敷金属力学性能及低温冲击韧性均满足技术要求,完全适用核电工程蒸汽发生器低合金钢的焊接.
Development ofnuclear grade welding material CHW-SEF3HR1N/CHF703HR1
The CHW-SEF3HR1/CHF703HR1 nuclear grade welding material was developed,and the com-bined welding test of the matching welding wire flux was carried out.The welding material with performance meeting the requirements of low alloy steel in nuclear power engineering was obtained by adjusting the slag sys-tem and alkalinity.The newly developed CHF703HR1flux with welding wire CHW-SEF3HR1has good welding process performance,stable arc and good deslagging in the welding process.The mechanical properties and low temperature impact toughness of the deposited metal meet the technical requirements,which is fully applicable to the welding of low alloy steel for steam generator in nuclear power engineering.
