Tensile, bending, and impact tests were conducted on the welded joints of 20 mm and 40 mm thick 10Cr9MoW2VNbBN forgings using GTAW and SMAW welding, respectively. The result shows that after welding is completed, the welded parts are naturally cooled to room temperature without insulation at 80 ℃~100 ℃ and then subjected to post heat treatment, the tensile and bending properties of the welded joints of 10Cr9MoW2VNbBN forgings with a thickness of 20 mm and 40 mm respectively welded using GTAW and SMAW methods can meet the requirements of ASME BPVC Ⅸ welding process qualification, and the impact ab-sorption energy of the welded joints welded using GTAW method can reach a minimum of 90 J,which has engi-neering reference and application value.
