手持式激光焊在核电设备制造中的应用及规范评定的思考

借助于光纤的柔性传输技术,激光焊摆脱了传统光路不易改变的限制,并衍生出了手持式激光焊接设备,其灵活性大大拓展了激光焊工艺的应用场景,并经历了从固体灯抽运激光器、光钎激光器到摆动式激光焊接机等三代的发展成熟.但目前手持式激光焊主要应用于建筑家装等少数行业,且在规范层面缺乏针对性的评定体系和指引,本文以某核电站燃料格架薄壁不锈钢的焊接为例进行了应用探索,验证了手持式激光焊的工艺性能、力学性能以及焊缝成形质量,实现了产品高效优质的焊接,同时针对手持式激光焊提出了规范层面的评定建议,为该设备及工艺在核电及其他重要领域的应用提供了参考.
Application and qualification of handheld laser welding in nuclear power product
With the help of the flexible transmission technology of optical fiber,laser welding completely gets rid of the restriction that the traditional optical path is not easy to change,and derives the handheld laser welding e-quipment.Its flexibility greatly expands the application scene of laser welding,and has experienced three gener-ations of development and maturity,from solid-state lamp pumped laser,optical brazing laser to swing laser welding machine.However,at present,handheld laser welding is mainly used in a few industries such as con-struction and home decoration,and there is a lack of targeted evaluation system at the normative level.This pa-per takes the welding of 1 mm thin-walled neutron absorption plate cover plate of a nuclear power plant fuel grid as an example to explore the application,and studies the influence of laser frequency,pulse width and other pa-rameters on the weld size and penetration,realizing the high-quality and efficient welding of products,At the same time,a set of feasible evaluation rules and specifications for handheld laser welding process are proposed,which provides a detailed reference for the promotion and application of this process in the field of nuclear power and other important product manufacturing.
