智能时代中小学劳动教育评价的价值转向与实现路径

以人工智能为代表的现代信息技术可助推劳动教育评价的价值转向,即从重结果到重过程,追求评价的增值效应.长期以来我国劳动教育评价过于重视对中小学生劳动知识掌握程度的结果性评价,片面强调其工具价值,对劳动教育的过程性评价及其内含的人文性与育人性重视不够.运用大数据、云计算、云平台中的群体智能,可突破评价的时空限制,赋能劳动教育多元评价与多元主体的融合,实现过程性评价和增值评价.为达成这一目标,需整体性构建增值评价范式,推进劳动教育课程"具身化"结构评价,提升劳动教育师资智能评价素养,并将智能技术全链条渗入评价过程.
The Value Shift and Realization Path of Labor Education Evaluation in Primary and Secondary School in the Intelligent Age
Modern information technology represented by artificial intelligence promotes the value shift of labor education evaluation,that is,from emphasizing the result to emphasizing the process,and pursuing the value-added effect of evaluation.For a long time,China's labor education evaluation pays too much attention to the result evaluation of primary and secondary school students'mastery of labor knowledge,highlighting its instrumental value,but pays insufficient attention to the process evaluation of labor education and its inherent humanistic and educational nature.Using the group intelligence of the big data and cloud computing and cloud platform can break through the limitations of time and space in evaluation,empower the integration of multiple evaluation and multiple subjects in labor education,and realize process evaluation and value-added evaluation.In order to achieve this goal,it is necessary to build a whole value-added evaluation paradigm,promote the"embodied"structure evaluation of labor education curriculum,improve the intelligent evaluation quality of labor education teachers,and integrate the whole chain of intelligent technology into the evaluation process.
