The Current Situation of Junior Middle School Students'Labor Participation and Development and Its Impact on Socio-Emotional Competence and Learning Quality—An Empirical Study Based on the Monitoring of Education Quality in Zhejiang Province
The effective implementation of the evaluation of labor education is both an important embodiment of implementing the Party's education policy and a basic way to improve students'labor literacy.Based on empirical data from Zhejiang Province Education Quality Monitoring,we understand the current situation of junior middle school students'labor participation and development,and explore how labor participation affects students'socio-emotional competence and learning quality.The results show that junior middle school students have the highest scores in labor skills,but have the lowest in labor participation;there are differences in labor participation,labor thinking and labor skills among junior middle school students of different genders and regions;labor participation has a significant impact on labor thinking,and then affects students'learning quality,life labor participation and service labor participation remarkably promote the development of students'socio-emotional ability.In order to further exert the comprehensive education function of junior middle school students'labor education,it is necessary to focus on cultivating students'labor thinking and combine the cultivation of labor thinking with the improvement of learning quality;enhancing students'socio-emotional ability and create more socially adaptable future citizens;deepening students'labor participation experience,so that they can be tempered and created in diverse labor;highlighting the orientation of process evaluation and lead students to grow because of labor.
