The Consistency of Middle School Students'Labor Willingness and Labor Participation and Its Influence on Labor Literacy
Under the background of vigorously promoting school labor education,it is of great value to explore the effect of the consistency between middle school students'labor willingness and labor participation on labor literacy and the mechanism of school labor education.The empirical investigation of 5916 middle school students in Guangdong Province shows that:school labor education is positively correlated with students'labor willingness,labor participation and labor literacy;labor willingness and labor participation has different types and individual characteristics,the level of labor literacy of students with different types of labor willingness-labor participation is significantly different;school stage,gender and school labor education are the main factors affecting the type of labor willingness-labor participation,and the moderating effect of school labor education is heterogeneous.To this end,schools should make efforts in the integration of subject courses and extracurricular practical activities,implement labor education in an all-round way,strengthen the personalized design of school labor education,create a pleasant sense of school labor education process,and further promote the diversification of content and form of school labor education.
