The Effect of Perceived Organizational Support on the Job Performance of New Generation Kindergarten Teachers—Based on Potential Profile Analysis
A potential profile analysis of 526 new generation kindergarten teachers'perceived organizational support was conducted based on individual centers.The results showed that there were three types of new generation kindergarten teachers'perceived organizational support:uneven supportive,moderately supportive,and highly supportive;the three types of new generation kindergarten teachers differed significantly in total score of job performance,task performance,interpersonal facilitation,and work dedication.In order to further enhance the job performance of new generation kindergarten teachers,teaching salaries should be improved and emotional support should be enhanced;a supportive organizational climate should be created to improve teachers'work autonomy;and differentiated measures should be implemented to comprehensively enhance new generation kindergarten teachers'perceived organizational support.
