"Empowerment"or"Negative Energy":Theoretical Understanding,Practical Constraints,and Practical Approaches of Learning Assessment in Physical Education Classroom
In the context of deepening educational evaluation reform in the new era,the implementation and execution of physical education classroom learning assessment is an important task in the current high-quality development of school physical education.Theoretically speaking,in the face of the diversified and comprehensive evaluation requirements of students'physical education learning,physical education classroom learning assessment has the"empowering"benefits of promoting students'learning,improving academic quality and leading students'development.However,when practically utilized,due to cognitive bias and practical constraints,its functional value is difficult to be fully released,and even the"negative energy"effect occurs.In order to bridge the gap between theory and reality,the study proposes to rationally utilize the teacher expectation effect to ensure that students benefit equally from the assessment;to construct a"district—school—teacher"trinity of teachers'evaluation quality enhancement system with the improvement of competence as the core;to rationally utilize the assessment method of"diversity&individuality"with the core literacy as the lead;and to set up a digital evaluation safeguard and support system as the path of"empowerment"with humanistic care as the guide.
