普通高中学业水平合格性考试英语书面表达测试与《中国英语能力等级量表》对接研究——以H省为例

采用考生中心法,以英语新课标中的学业质量水平一为桥梁,对H省某年普通高中学业水平合格性考试书面表达测试与《中国英语能力等级量表》中《书面表达能力总表》的对接情况进行实证研究.通过框架熟悉、试题检视、标准设定、效度验证等步骤,测算出学业水平合格性考试书面表达测试与上述量表的对应关系,即学业水平合格性考试书面表达题得分10~13 分对应量表中的三级、14~18分对应四级、19 分以上对应五级.该结论既可为教育行政部门把握学业水平合格性考试分数与上述量表等级的对应关系提供参考,同时也可为考试成绩使用者、教师和高中英语学习者更具体地了解学业水平合格性考试分数所反映的语言能力提供佐证.
A Study on the Alignment of English Written Expression Test in the High School Academic Achievement Test to China's Standards of English Language Ability—Take H Province as an Example
Adopting the examinee-centered method,with level 1 in national English curriculum standard serving as a bridge,this study is aimed to conduct an empirical research into the alignment between the requirements for the writing section of the high school academic achievement English test(HSAAET)in Province H and the overall description of writing ability included in China's Standards of English Language Ability(CSE).Going through four stages of the research—framework familiarization,item review,standard setting,and validation,the research panel has calculated the corresponding relationship between the writing section of HSAAET and writing ability of CSE:scores of 10 to 13 in writing section of the test corresponding to CSE Level 3,14 to 18 corresponding to CSE Level 4,and scores above 19 corresponding to CSE Level 5.The research results can not only provide a reference for educational administrative department to guide on the correspondence between HSAAET and CSE,but also provides an important reference for test score users,teachers and high school English learners to comprehend the language ability reflected by scores.
