空调室外机的钣金焊接仿真单元的精度研究

为了提高空调仿真精度,使仿真能够广泛应用于产品开发.以空调室外机底板为研究对象,对4种常见的点焊模拟单元的适用性进行研究.首先对底板进行自由模态测试,得到各阶固有频率及阵型;然后在实际的点焊位置分别建立4种点焊有限元单元模型,进行仿真自由模态计算,得到各阶固有频率;最后以试验测试为基准,对比4种仿真单元的误差结果.结果表明:以ACM单元模拟底板焊接进行仿真计算,得到的模态前5阶平均误差为1.09%,精度最高;以RBE2单元模拟焊接的模态前5阶平均误差为2.55%;以Beam单元模拟焊接的模态前5阶平均误差为3.78%;以CWELD单元模拟焊接的模态前5阶平均误差为1.48%.研究结果可为焊接部件的仿真精度提升提供借鉴.
Accuracy research of sheet metal welding simulation unit for air conditioner outdoor unit
In order to improve the simulation accuracy of air conditioner and enable simulation to be widely applied in product development.Take the bottom plate of outdoor air conditioning units as the research object and analyzes the applicability of four common spot welding simulation units.Firstly,conduct free mode testing on the physical object to measure the natural frequencies of each order.Secondly,four types of spot welding FEM are established at the actual spot welding positions,and free mode simulations are performed to calculate the natural frequencies of each order.Finally,based on experimental testing,compare the error results of four simulation units.The results show that the ACM unit was used to simulate the bottom plate welding which got the highest accuracy,the average error of the first five orders of the mode is 1.09%,the average error of the first 5 modes simulated by RBE2 unit is 2.55%.the average error of the first 5 modes simulated by Beam element is 3.78%,the average error of the first 5 modes simulated by CWELD unit is 1.48%,the research results can provide reference for the application of welding constraints in simulation.
