滤芯的主要作用是过滤和净化水质.市场上的滤芯种类繁多,材质质量、过滤效果良莠不齐.为了筛选优质的滤芯,保障家庭的用水质量,在净水机中进行RFID的滤芯防伪技术设计及研究.通过该技术,实现了净水机的控制系统与滤芯内置的电子标签的数据交互,验证了电子标签的编码、生产日期、规格型号等信息准确性.根据滤芯的使用寿命、泵、阀的开通时间、水流量等数据,优化了净水机的控制逻辑,满足了用户高质量的用水需求.最后,对RFID技术在物联网中的应用进行了介绍.
Anti-counterfeiting design of filter element based on RFID and application in the Internet of Things
The main function of the filter element is to filter and purify water.There are many kinds of filter elements on the market,and the material quality and filtering effectiveness are uneven.In order to screen the high-quality filter element and ensure the quality of water in the family,the RFID filter anti-counterfeiting technology is designed and researched in the water purifier.Through this technology,the data interaction between the control system of the water purifier and the electronic tags embedded in the filter element has been achieved and the accuracy of information such as the code,production date,and specifications of electronic tags has been verified.According to the service life of the filter element,the opening time of the pump and the valve,the water flow and other data,the control logic of the water purifier is optimized to meet the high-quality water needs of users.Finally,the application of RFID technology in the Internet of Things is introduced.
