插片式微通道蒸发器在窗机上的应用可行性研究

插片式微通道换热器相比常规结构的微通道换热器具有更优异的排水性能,能够改善常规微通道换热器用作蒸发器时容易滞留凝结水和融霜水的问题.为了研究插片式微通道换热器应用于窗式空调蒸发器的可行性,对插片式微通道换热器进行了选型研究,并完成了整机系统方案设计和性能对比测试.研究发现,采用合适的铝制插片式微通道换热器代替铜管翅片式换热器应用于窗机蒸发器,在保持产品制冷量和能效比相当的前提下,可实现整机轻量化设计,同时能够降低制冷剂充注量,提高环保型可燃制冷剂使用的安全性.
Feasibility study on the application of insert-plate microchannel evaporator in window-type air conditioner
Compared with conventional microchannel heat exchangers,insert-plate microchannel heat exchangers have better drainage performance and can improve the problem of condensation and defrosting water retention in conventional microchannel heat exchangers used as evaporators.In order to study the feasibility of applying insert-plate microchannel heat exchangers to window-type air conditioning evaporators,a selection study was conducted on insert-plate microchannel heat exchangers,and the overall system design and performance comparison testing were completed.Research has found that using suitable aluminum insert-plate microchannel heat exchangers instead of copper tube finned heat exchangers for window-type air conditioner evaporators can achieve lightweight design while maintaining the same cooling capacity and energy efficiency ratio of the product.At the same time,it can reduce the refrigerant filling amount and improving the safety of using environmentally friendly combustible refrigerants.
