Research on the reliability technology of double supports for high-speed and high-thickness rotor compressors
The high-speed operation of a rolling rotor compressor with a high-thickness motor has a significant impact on the pump structure.To improve its reliability by adopting a double-support structure,in order to study the factors affecting the reliability of the double-support structure and make the structure mass-producible,simulation methods such as shaft system lubrication and fluid as well as experiments are used to confirm the relevant laws of the sliding split-type double-support structure on the reliability of high-thickness and high-speed compressors,and corresponding improvement measures are proposed.The results show that by enlarging the motor bearing clearance,miniaturizing the double-support structure,adding a shaft sleeve to the motor bearing,and optimizing the internal flow field,the reliable operation and implementability of high-speed and high-thickness compressors can be satisfied.
