Experimental methodology of capillary flow rate on characteristics of refrigerator
A comparative study was conducted on the energy-saving effect of a certain AQR-TZ42k refrigerator under different capillary flow conditions. The experimental study found that:using 12 L/min,7 L/min,5 L/min capillary flow were tested, when the capillary flow is 5 L/min,the minimum power consumption in the stable section of the whole machine is 0.70 kW·h/24 h,with the increase of the flow, the power consumption increased by 3%,14%respectively.Dual capillary time sharing control, the capillary flow rates of 5 L/min(low load)+5 L/min(high load),7 L/min(low load)+7 L/min(high load),12 L/min(low load)+12 L/min(high load)were used for the test, respectively. When the combination of 5 L/min(low load)+5 L/min(high load)is adopted, the power consumption of the whole machine(including the defrosting section)is the lowest 0.80 kW·h/24 h,and the power consumption increases by 6%and 19%with the increase of flow. The experimental result proves that the energy saving effect of the refrigerator is improved by controlling the capillary flow rate by time sharing.
