在滚筒洗衣机脱水作业中,滚筒振动特性是衡量其运行效能的关键指标,而滚筒瞬态位移的精确监测一直是该领域研究的焦点与挑战.相较于位移的直接测量,加速度数据的获取更为便捷.聚焦于空间加速度传感器所采集的数据分析,针对数据中混杂的直流偏移成分及噪声干扰问题,采用快速傅里叶变换技术,在频域内实施有效的滤波操作与积分处理,得到需要的滚筒位移参数并与激光传感器得到位移曲线进行数据标定.实验证明,使用频域积分技术得到的位移曲线可以精确地逼近真实位移曲线,这种高精度的数据能够通过监测滚筒的位移变化来评估洗衣机的振动状态,进而有效控制洗衣机的振动问题.
Accurate identification method for vibration displacement of washing machine based on spatial acceleration sens
During the dehydration process of the washing machine,the vibration of the drum is a key factor affecting the normal operation of the drum washing machine.Measuring the transient displacement of the drum has always been a hot and challenging research topic.Compared to displacement measurement,acceleration measurement is more straightforward.Analyzes the data obtained from spatial acceleration sensor testing.In response to the influence of DC components and noise signals in the data,the fast Fourier algorithm is used to filter and integrate in the frequency domain to obtain the required drum displacement parameters,which are then calibrated with the displacement curve obtained from the laser sensor.Experimental results have shown that the displacement curve obtained by using the frequency domain integration processing method approximates the actual displacement curve with high data accuracy.It can monitor the vibration of the washing machine drum through changes in displacement,and effectively control the vibration of the washing machine.
