Vibration reduction design of air conditioning duct fan plate structure based on topography optimization
Focusing on lightweight and vibration reduction optimization design in air conditioning systems,this paper explores how to integrate these two key technologies in the structural design of air duct fan plates through theoretical analysis,simulation,and experimental verification.After testing and comparison,it was verified that the fan plate designed through topography optimization not only improved its stiffness performance,but also achieved a weight reduction of 16.7%.This method provides a reference for research and application in the field of air conditioning.
