R454B热力膨胀阀整机匹配特性实验研究

热力膨胀阀因其自动调节流量、安装维修方便等优势使其在商用空调领域仍应用广泛,如何使其最好地发挥其性能至关重要.通过研究空调单元机组在制冷运行时热力膨胀阀的调节对系统性能等参数的影响,发现在进行热力膨胀阀与整机匹配测试时存在最优静止过热度-1.5 K,使得系统性能发挥最优.此时蒸发器出口过热度为3.7℃,系统低压压力为0.81℃,出风温度达到最低14.2℃,即用户使用舒适性好、能效最高,同时能够实现节能减排.
Experimental study on matching characteristics of R454B thermal expansion valve
The thermal expansion valve is still widely used in the commercial air conditioning field due to its advantages of automatic flow regulation,easy installation and maintenance.It is crucial to make the best use of its key role.This article studies the influence of adjusting the thermal expansion valve of the air conditioning unit on system performance and other parameters during refrigeration operation.It is found that there is an optimal static superheat of-1.5 K during the matching test between the thermal expansion valve and the whole machine,which maximizes the performance of the system.At this time,the superheat degree at the outlet of the evaporator is 3.7℃,the low pressure of the system is 0.81℃,and the outlet air temperature reaches a minimum of 14.2℃,achieving good user comfort,the highest energy efficiency,and achieving the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction.
