基于理论分析和仿真相结合的手段,对某款空调挂机的包装泡沫结构进行优化设计.首先依据包装缓冲理论,计算出缓冲包装泡沫的厚度和接触面积理论值;其次,利用跌落仿真手段,提取泡沫在典型时刻所受的载荷;然后以应力为约束条件,以泡沫吸能为优化目标,运用拓扑优化的方法,对原始泡沫结构进行材料分布优化分析;最后结合拓扑结果和跌落仿真结果,获得最终的包装设计方案.方案经防护试验验证合格,且包材用量比优化前降低了9%,实现了在保证结构强度的条件下包装泡沫的轻量化设计.
An optimal design method of air conditioner hanger foam structure
Based on the combination of theoretical analysis and simulation,optimizes the foam structure of an air conditioner pendant.Firstly,according to the theoretical calculation,the theoretical calculation values of foam thickness and contact area are given;Secondly,the load on the foam at the typical moment is extracted by means of drop simulation;Then,with the stress as the constraint condition and the energy absorption of foam as the optimization goal,the optimal optimal material distribution of the original foam structure are analyzed by using the topology optimization method.Finally,by combining the topology results and drop simulation results,the final packaging design scheme is obtained.The scheme was verified to be qualified by the protection test,and the amount of packaging material was reduced by 7%compared with that before optimization,realizing the lightweight design of packaging foam under the condition of ensuring the structural strength.
