Research and analysis on the reliability of the snap-action thermostats affected by vibration
In order to realize the automatic assembly of automatic feeding,the snap-action thermostats are planned to adopt the feeding method of vibrating plate vibration.In order to study the influence of vibration on the performance of the snap-action thermostats and verify the reliability of the snap-action thermostats affected by vibration,the vibration-related experimental research and analysis of the snap-action thermostats were carried out.Through experimental research,the influence of different reset methods and different materials on the vibration of the snap-action thermostats were obtained.On the basis of experimental research,the test data were statistically analyzed by MiniTAB software for the snap-action thermostats with different operating temperatures,such as variance and time series,and the intuitive operating temperature change trend was obtained.Through the physical analysis and structural analysis of the snap-action thermostats,it is obtained that the displacement of the ceramic rod and the bimetal sheet and the material of the thermostats have a great influence on the temperature drift of the thermostats,which provides theoretical guidance and reference for the subsequent use of vibration feeding of the snap-action thermostats.
