Optimization design of refrigerator frequency conversion controller efficiency
One of the core frequency conversion control components of the frequency conversion refrigerator-the frequency conversion controller system consumes 75%~95%of the electric energy of the entire refrigerator.How to reduce the loss of the refrigerator frequency conversion controller and improve the conversion efficiency has attracted more and more attention.Analyzes the basic hardware structure of the traditional frequency conversion controller and analyzes the loss of different circuit parts in the frequency converter.The focus is on the loss of the bridge rectifier,the H6 inverter full bridge and the control loop.The detailed analysis and examples are given,and the optimization design scheme is proposed simultaneously.Compared with the traditional frequency conversion controller,the hardware loss of the frequency conversion controller is further reduced and the overall efficiency of the motor and frequency conversion controller is improved.
